JoLynn goes above and beyond to care for her patients, particularly in her role as a certified lactation consultant. The information and support she has provided me, dating back over a year ago during my pregnancy and up to now, after my son was born... I am not sure what I would have done without her. While supporting patients directly, JoLynn also makes herself available as the admin of the Brookings Sanford Breastfeeding Support Facebook page, and during the most recent devastating storm, she continuously provided information to moms who may have been without power to pump, with a freezer that was not working and frozen milk, and with concerns over the mounting formula shortage. She worked to get any in touch with the support and answers they needed at any hour. She is smart, compassionate, and dedicated and so clearly respects her role as a caregiver and the institution she works for by providing consistent, continuous care.
