Joy was a Godsend. My 96 year old Mom had dementia and severe hearing loss. Mom was very weak and getting weaker by the day. From the very first meeting, Joy was able to establish a bond with my Mom, which brought peace and comfort to her during her final journey. Joy was very kind and gentle and knew just what to do to make my Mom smile. Joy was especially diligent in making sure we were always well-supplied and had the tools to keep Mom comfortable. It has been very difficult losing my Mom, but I know because of Joy, all our lives were made a little easier and more bearable. I cannot say enough good things about Joy, both personally and professionally, and I highly commend Joy for her compassion and skill set. Whoever has the good fortune of interacting with Joy is truly blessed.
