As the father of my newborn, I'd like to thank Joshua. My wife and I spent months preparing and getting ready for our first baby. Before my wife was induced we got our house cleaned, and bags ready. We were 100% sure everything was going to go great and our daughter's debut into the world would be great and we looked forward to her arrival.
Things suddenly took a turn for the worst. I was in a room waiting just moments after seeing my first born pale and suffering. Confused at the situation, scared, worried, not knowing what's going to happen next. 20 minutes after waiting, I came into the room to greet my daughter. All the equipment on her made me feel like I was going to lose her.
Joshua was her dedicated RN at the moment. There is a lot that I can say, he made me feel like she was in good care. He answered all my questions. Every time I came to visit her (almost every hour), he was there, watching her. Any time she fussed or cried, he calmed her down. Whenever he was assigned to her, he stuck by my newborn's side all the way through her recovery. He even showed me how to hold her, how to burp her, and gave me the facts on how to take care of her. I honestly could not ask for a better person to help bring my newborn back to full health.
Joshua made us laugh when we needed it, and updated us on her recovery. Keep in mind we had many questions, he did not hesitate to answer them. Thank you, you are the best!
