I had an esophageamotility test done and boy was that an ordeal!I had such a terrible time trying to swallow the tube. I was getting very upset and starting to cry a bit. I felt that it was my fault that I was doing something incorrect, but throughout the placement, Judy was encouraging, calm, and comforting. It was her calmness that kept me calm. During the procedure, she kept talking and reassuring me, which again helped me to relax so that better readings would be captured. Afterwards, I told her how much I appreciated how patient she was with me. I just wanted to make sure you knew what a great nurse you have.
