Julia is an Angel! She is exceptional! All the nurses have taken great care of him, but Julia went above and beyond. The patient and the patient’s wife do not speak English and M was helping the family by calling for updates. Julia made sure she got the language line and personally gave the wife an update and had the physician speak to the wife. She followed up every day she was caring for him and called the wife with updates. M says she never calls someone’s boss to rave about someone, but in this instance, she had to. Julia is amazing, heaven-sent, goes above and beyond, we cannot thank her enough.
