From the minute Justin met us (my partner and I) to indicate he will be helping me get ready for my angiogram, I knew Justin was a very kind and caring professional. Like many others, his expertise and devotion shine through. However, Justin Enright made my partner and I feel safe and comfortable. I was so comfortable with his kind and mindful presence, that I remember smiling and laughing, making all my worries disappear. I wish I could have Justin in my upcoming surgery and any future procedures I may have. He has a clear understanding of what his responsibilities are, but in my experience, he also goes above and beyond caring for his patients. He always has a smile on his face. He doesn't make you feel like he is doing you a favor. He makes you feel at home. He helped me throughout his entire shift and sadly at the end of it, I was on the phone with my grandma and I couldn't thank him or say goodbye.
On the day of my angiogram, I had a successful day at the hospital and I was extremely thankful for his care. My whole opinion about UW medical staff has changed. He has shown me that there are certainly capable and caring people there, but there are also compassionate humans who try to make you feel safe and at home while going through some unpleasant situations. I'll be forever thankful for everything he did for us and for what he does for others.
