It's good when you run into a gentle caring professional person who knows their job and takes the time to do what they can to talk to you and make you feel better a bit.
I am a 73-year-old Black woman with a lot of underlying issues. I was not only ill when I came in but I know I was also depressed. It's good when you run into a gentle caring professional person who knows their job and takes the time to do what they can to talk to you and make you feel better a bit. This was Justin for me, and I feel many others. For employing him, he also is a man of his word. He told me he would come to see me and say hi when he came back on shift, even if he wasn't taking care of me. I thought, yes that's nice to say that, but, really when he got the time he did. Oh, I didn't tell you when I came in I was feeling like this is it, last round up, but he read my record, and he asked me did I need to take a nitro pill because I had shared with him that the doctor gave them to me in similar times, I told him yes and he checked my record and they were still prescribing for me, and he brought the medication to me. From that moment on, I started to turn around, and wow, what a difference the caring and the medication made. All the staff of the 4th floor South was awesome, from the very knowledgeable doctors to the nurses, PCAs were great and I thank you, Justin, you went the extra mile. Thank you for all your caring and professionalism.
