Karalee is the embodiment of caring. She displays this in daily actions around making patients, family members and staff feel important and supported.
Karalee is constantly advocating for her patients. She works with all the interdisciplinary team members to provide the best outcomes for her patients. She is an outstanding charge RN and team player, doing whatever is needed to lend a hand.
Karalee is recognized for her high level of nursing competency. She is one of our excellent preceptors and has recently become a charge nurse. Karalee is an amazing resource for nursing staff. Not only is she knowledgeable about orthopedic nursing, she is also incredibly approachable and has a willingness to help.
Karalee’s positive attitude and constant hard work are two things you can count on from Karalee. We are truly thankful for Karalee’s presence on our unit. She is a competent RN and an exceptional charge RN who is a role model for all at UWMC.
