I am a first time NICU mom with my fourth child. I was on bedrest restriction for 24 hours before being allowed to go see my baby. Karla is a nurse I will never forget. She walked me through everything. She took pictures and videos of how to swaddle in a way that my son liked. She took precious photos of my partner and me with our baby. She spoke softly and had the biggest heart towards me and my baby. She was everything you would only pray to have in this situation. I am forever grateful and blessed I had Karla by my side in one of the hardest times in my life.
