Kasie made our C-section experience unique to us. Even though we were a repeat C-section, my wife was very nervous and anxious. Kasie was able to calm some of the nerves just by talking to us. While we were talking, she found out that I didn't eat the morning of the procedure. Kasie asked me if I would drink some juice to keep my sugar up. I'm not even the patient, but she still took the time to take care of me!
During the spinal, my wife was the most nervous and scared. When Kasie helped with the procedure, her calm words helped make my wife relax. After the surgery, I heard my wife tell me how the spinal wasn't bad at all since Kasie made her feel comfortable! During the c-section, Kasie was able to make our memories of this day even better!
Kasie asked if she could use my phone to take pictures. I never gave it a second thought. She was able to capture my wife and me with our daughter right after she came out, me cutting the cord and the weight and measurements. I've cut all the cords of my kids, but this is the first time of having pictures of it! While the procedure was being finalized, I got to go to recovery and have some k-care time. Kasie again made sure that I was comfortable while we waited. Thank you, Kasie, for making our daughter's birthday even more of an amazing experience!
