Kate was in and out on time, very attentive, with quiet and efficient care. This was my husband's 4th knee replacement so his main concern was pain control. I lost the book I brought along, and it didn't take very long before it seemed like the whole hospital was looking for it. The next morning when Kate's shift was supposed to be over at 7 am, she was still here at 9 am following up on things and all of her responsibilities. She asked if I had found my book. I told her not to worry about it, I certainly could get another copy on our way out of town. At 11 am, I looked up and there was Kate. She had gone clear to 120th and Center, found a used copy of my book, plus another book by the same author, and came clear back to the hospital to give them to me! She would not let me pay her for them. Now that's what I call going above and beyond! She has such a kind caring heart, this hospital is lucky to have her.
