We can't even begin to thank you enough for the kindness and excellent management and care you have provided for my grandmother. You were always sweet, caring, and attentive, followed through on your word and were a rock for my family through this transition to hospice. I appreciate how you knew when it was appropriate to let her rest and be comfortable, rather than be turned, changed or poked. Even when she had no further medical treatments, you came in to check on her and see if there was anything you could do for us. You really went above and beyond as her advocate, and for that we are so grateful. You took the initiative of involving your charge nurse to help make sure her pain was managed with morphine, and that all our questions about her end of life comfort were answered. You personally helped calm my fears. Thank you Katie so much.
