Kayla was a nurse who cared for my grandmother shortly before her death. Kayla was both RN and a sitter for her for at least two nights, working overtime. Kayla was very informative on her condition, as well as how best to care for her when she arrived back home. Recently, I returned to the Ortho Neuro unit as a patient myself. Kayla spent countless hours during breaks and spare time over a period of four days (with me) talking to me and providing guidance and advice on various topics. Between Kayla's care of my grandmother and me, I have never met such an unselfish person who freely shared any extra time to help a patient.
