Recently my mother was seen in the ER. I just wanted to let everyone know that I really appreciate the great care she received. As a local EMS provider I am very familiar with the local ERs. My Mother lives in an area where no ER is close and Janesville is not too much farther. I chose to have her transported to Lakeland because I felt she would receive the best care. They did not disappoint me.
The staff, especially Kelly Wuchter, was very kind and comforting to my Mother when for her this was the scariest time of her whole life. Dr. G went out of his way to make my Mother a special juice concoction. That gesture is the exact reason why I chose to have her transported to Lakeland.
Thank you to Kelly and the rest of the staff involved with my Mother’s care. Thanks for making her feel better and most importantly thanks for being so personable and passionate. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience besides no experience at all. Lakeland’s ER management should be proud of their ER team.
