Kerri shared her positive attitude and came into the room with a smile each and every day she cared for my husband. She always spoke to him with a positive outlook on his care and made him feel like everything was going to work out. He didn't feel well at all and with her bright smile and cheerful spirit I believe she helped him survive through the rough days awaiting his procedure. Thank you Kerri so much! Never lose that big smile!

Kerri eased our minds and went above and beyond to make sure my mother was physically, emotionally, and mentally taken care of.

My sister's care was outstanding! Kerri stayed long after her time to make sure my sister and the rest of the family had everything we needed. She was warm, kind, friendly, and very caring. The patients here are blessed to have her as their nurse!
***
Kerri was my shining star - she inserted the IV and it did not hurt me! I have had many IV's in many US hospitals as well as in Germany and always had pain. Kerri explained what she was doing, checked my chart first, explained why she was using the needle size she did, kept my attention by talking to me while she inserted the IV and I did not feel any pain! Kerri is the most caring and compassionate nurse and she deserves the highest award this hospital gives.
***
From the very first day of my mother's admission, Kerri was a bright light for me and my mother. She has an infectious smile and a truly open heart for service.
***
Best charge nurse around! Whatever you do - don't let her go. Adorable and sweet!
