I had my son at St. Vincent and I wanted to thank all the nurses that took care of me along the way and also let you know what a great staff you have. I was there for 4 days after having my son due to my preeclampsia so I met a lot of your staff and do not recall all their names but they all did amazing. I remember Kim, she was the first nurse I met when I got transferred to postpartum after delivering. My son was in the NICU and I hadn't seen him yet. She did everything she could for me to see him that night even if it was for 15 minutes. Once he was in the room with us she was very helpful, patient and educational. Since this was my first baby I needed a lot of help. I've been around hospitals and nurses all my life and Kim is the best nurse I've ever met. I know I'll never meet anyone as great as her. Kim has a very big heart. She's full of knowledge. She has an amazing personality and endless energy. She touched our hearts and we will never forget her. She really goes above and beyond for her patients. You have an amazing worker; she deserves this DAISY Award!
