I was beginning to feel afraid and worrying about what would be next. I thought I was alone in their feelings when in comes Nurse Laura, med cart, and smile! We just started talking and in a very short my anxiety was lifted! Laura knew I was a nurse so she answered my questions in a good way, not downing my ability to understand. Through the night and the next day shift, she has a caring smile, a caring attitude, and a sense of humor. Sometimes people come across your life and leave a footprint of joy. All by the way they treat and talk to you. Laura did, she was very professional yet very much a human with compassion and expert medical knowledge so her treatment of me was from the heart and the very best. All the nurses were excellent yet Laura goes one step above. Laura was the angel of mercy I needed. Thanks Laura!
