Lauren hugged me and talked to me about how she was going to take care of my baby girl after she was delivered. I asked her to get me footprints, and she said, "I will do more than that." She waited until I returned to my room before she went home, which was way past her shift. She did not have to do this. This tells me she cares about her patients.
Lauren made me some beautiful molds of my daughter that I will treasure forever. She was off for a few days and when she returned to work, she came to check on me and made sure I got the memory box and pictures the photographer had taken. She came in and gave me a hug and said she was hoping I would still be here when she got to work because she was so worried about me. She has a loving, caring personality and I appreciated her kindness.
