Linda will go above and beyond the call of duty to help the surgeon, the nurse anesthetist, the reps in the room to get the job done quickly and efficiently. She works hard to make sure the OR is working smoothly and efficiently.
During Epic training, she ran around constantly to help everybody out to ensure a great patient care outcome. In difficult times, she is an excellent problem solver and her skills help out tremendously in the patients' outcomes. For example, in a difficult neuro case with a very unstable patient, Linda got things done by getting the lab to release blood in a timely fashion, got the Epic Superuser in the room to help with critical charting issues, helped the anesthesia provider with support and ran the room flawlessly. This is just one occasion but Linda does it all the time without hesitation. She is a nurse I would pick if I would have any surgeries done.
