Lisa Stuka came to St. Joseph's Children’s Hospital 19 years ago from Connecticut. She spent time in the ED before making her way to the inpatient setting where she was an educator and then transitioned to manager 13 years ago. In those 13 years she has had to manage multiple units, teams, and is currently interim manager for a second department now. This is what her team has to say about her:
