Lizzette was wonderful from the very first time I met her. She greeted me with a big smile and I felt her positive spirit. She was so hands-on with my care and constantly checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She was bright and bubbly and it made me feel good to know that she was going to be taking care of me. I even requested that she be my nurse the following day, unfortunately, that wasn't possible, but that did not stop her from checking on me when she had time.
Lizzette treats all patients with love and respect, is friendly with everyone and always checks the patient room to see if they need something. When she arrives, she visits all her patients to say good morning and when leaving does the same to tell them goodnight. She clearly tells the patient what they need to do for their recovery, i.e. eat, walk, and do not stay in bed. For me, she was a huge help. She is an exceptional person.
