I am a patient at Internal Medicine in Everett, Washington. Dr. K is my doctor and works in coordination with Lotty, the nurse. This is about Nurse Lotty. I have many medical issues that are sometimes complicated. My care team is excellent and especially Lotty. She coordinates with Dr. K to address my concerns Lotty has always gone beyond in giving her caring and expertise especially with my diabetes but also with any other problems that arise. She has been able to assist me in a timely manner with no hesitation and guide me in my time of need even with some reluctance on my part; with her insistence and advice, she saved me from an otherwise possible poor outcome.
Lotty is always my lifeline and support, especially at this very difficult time during the COVID-19. It's not too strong to say she has saved me. I am so grateful for Lotty and the strong partnership and willingness to keep me well is appreciated. Lotty is in my opinion, so special and good at her job, we should all be so lucky to have a Lotty. I feel sure she has helped many others because that is who she is.
