Luann is an amazing nurse. She has taken a lot of time to help my mom and our family feel better. She has really helped us through this hard time. She always takes her time and explains everything step by step. No matter what my mom was going through, Luann helped her understand the process. Luann is also very sweet and caring and loves her job. Even when I was helpless and crying, she came in and helped calm me down. She talked to me and made me feel better and made me feel useful. I couldn't have asked for a better nurse for my mother. I felt so comfortable with her and could talk to her about anything my mom and I felt.

Luann has been a wonderful nurse to my mother. She took the time to explain everything to myself and my family. She always let us know what the situation was and kept us updated. Luann helped us keep our hopes up at all times. She made us laugh in such a troubling time. She was very patient with us even though my family and I were confused and kept asking the same questions over and over. Luann kept calm through it all and explained it all over and over. She asked us if we were ok and treated us like we were her own family. As a fellow employee, I am proud to call her my colleague.
