When I was hospitalized after DIEP Flap surgery in March 2020, Lydia consistently provided exceptional care. She needed no prompting and was available to meet all of my needs, which at that point was pretty much everything. When you're unable to even reach for a cup of water, or the call bell, an attentive nurse who shows compassion makes a world of difference. Lydia did her job with kindness, patience, and always with a smile on her face. Lydia remained thoroughly engaged and available throughout her 12-hour shift. Her commitment to my care when I could do very little for myself made a world of difference. It allowed me to rest and relax with peace of mind that my needs would be fully cared for as long as Lydia was there. That is priceless!
