Lyndsay is a very devoted nurse and she shows staff what it means to be supported. Whether it's staying late to help nurses finish their work, filling in when the nursing staff is short, and working tirelessly to make sure her staff succeeds. She does not just demonstrate compassion for patients and their families but for her co-workers as well. She genuinely does what she loves, and she shows it through her enthusiasm to help others.
Lyndsay also goes out of her way to make any accommodations possible with staffing so that the nurse is able to tend to her family or personal matter. Lyndsay is someone that I, and many others, look up to as a true compassionate leader with a love for that she does.

Lyndsay wears many hats at the Sterling Center Surgery and Medicine. Lyndsay always wears a smile regardless of how her day is going. She is so awesome with the patient; she takes extra time with them explaining things that they have had a question on. She also is so helpful with the staff, if you have a question or concern, she takes time to listen. Lyndsay always made my mom feel better after explaining procedures, tests and etc. to her. She always returned my mom's or my phone calls in a timely manner. If you want anybody on your team, Lyndsay would be the one.

Lyndsay is a very hard working, caring and compassionate nurse. She goes above and beyond to make sure the patients that come to the Sterling Center Surgery and Medicine are taken care of and happy. She has been with surgery for over 11 years giving exceptional care to her patients. Lyndsay even helps patients when she is not at work. Patients will call and she will do her best to help them or contact the physician to see what needs to be done; aside from patient care, Lyndsay helps in any way at the clinic. She is willing to listen when people have concerns and try to resolve the problems.

Lyndsay Glass is the face of the strong leadership and she does so by example. She is not afraid to pull up her sleeves and do whatever is necessary for the patients, the physicians or the staff. During the rough times in the clinic, we "shine" because of the leadership qualities of Lyndsay. She will go out of her way to make sure patients are taken care of. She wears many hats and she wears them well. I am happy to be a part of her team.

For over ten years I have witnessed Lyndsay in the healthcare setting, and she has always performed her duties at the highest standard, the gold standard. She sets the bar for excellence. Her respect for physicians is evident in everything she does to facilitate their time and expertise for the best possible patient care. Her patient care is never compromised. Decisions come easily and clearly for her because compromise is not an option.
During our recent Meditech conversion, Lyndsay tirelessly worked to develop new workflows and work-around for system issues. She has played a major role in helping streamline the system for our clinic. It is a pleasure and an honor to work with Lyndsay! She is truly an extraordinary nurse!

Lyndsay has been nursing for approximately 12 years. She was with general surgery for 10+ years and now serves as the Nurse Manager at Sterling Center Surgery and Medicine. She shows compassion for all her patients on a daily basis. She is the first one on the scene in case of an emergency and always there to help her staff both clinical and clerical. Her warm smile is the first thing to greet you but then her big heart soon shines through. She goes above and beyond her duties on a daily basis to provide excellent care for all our patients. Her love and compassion for nursing are proven daily. She's a pleasure to work with and is always to go the extra mile in any situation.
