I just wanted to express many thanks to you and your team for taking such wonderful, compassionate care of our sweet girl! We had all the confidence in the world in the care she would receive, but we were blown away by the love she received. From sweet snuggles from the manager to the anesthesia team making her feel at ease. But especially from this sweet Madison. Madison brought our family member back to us in same day, she than sat with us and made sure our loved one was comfortable, and our loved one was indeed comfortable. Madison successfully handed off our loved one to same day. But later, she came back to same day to check in on her. This time my family member was a bit uncomfortable and was crying, a pitiful, sad crying. Madison took one look at her and said, “Ohh, you're going to be okay.” She then had to quickly walk away because she then started to cry. Her display of emotion showed us that our baby girl was being cared for by Madison as if she were their own. What a strong display of compassion to have that type of visceral reaction for someone she had never even met before. What makes this even more special for us is that we're positive this wasn't a one-off occurrence but that Madison treats all her patients this way.
