Maggie was unique in that she was professional and efficient and very capable. She didn't rush into the room to do her job and rush out, she spent time in the room and made a personal connection to both our daughter and us as a family. While we only had Maggie as a nurse for a short time, she would always say hello and ask how our daughter was doing. When our daughter got approved for discharge, Maggie celebrated with us!
