Marc is an excellent manager and leader. He provides an environment that is conducive to learning and productivity. Upon being hired, I was completing my BNS. Mark was extremely helpful and flexible with my schedule. He is always available whenever I have questions or need to speak with him. Marc always has a smile on his face and leads with a positive attitude. Marc has a compassionate attitude and is always understanding. Marc is able to motivate me to be a better nurse by the way he carries himself and leads the staff. He takes pride in improving his unit and it is apparent that he cares deeply for his staff. Working for Marc is a pleasure. I have been blessed with the best manager at Glendale Adventist Medical Center (GAMC).

Marc is an outstanding nurse manager and a great leader. He is very sweet and is very understanding and accommodating; will always try his best to help us. He has such a big heart. There was actually a time that really showed how much he cares about his employees: during our unit picnic there was a selected amount of nurses that had to work and miss the picnic, but Marc brought everyone that was scheduled to work Thai food because he didn't want anyone to miss out. That really meant a lot to us and it showed us how much he cares about each and every one of us.
