Marcia is truly a kind and gentle soul, for she demonstrates genuine concern for her patient's welfare. When Marcia attended to our father's care I watched and listened to her as she worked. The expression of gratitude on my father's face was one of thankfulness for her attentive, compassionate bathing. Though Dad's hearing was all but lost Marcia quietly instructed Dad as to how to move and what was next. As I watched Dad's vitals, the monitors seemed steady and showed no sign of distress or discomfort. Thankfully before being transported, Dad was ready for the journey. Thank you, Marcia.
