Marion Labadie, RN is Community Health Center of Branch County’s DAISY Coordinator. Because of her dedication she was nominated by several staff members, physicians, and emergency medical responders and was awarded the honor herself in May 2011.

Marion regularly goes out of her way to make sure the EMS staff is well taken care of, such a great person who represents CHC extremely well. All of the extra time, effort, and concern regarding the care of patients pre-hospital goes above and beyond. Her caring of the crew’s welfare and EMR’s is reflected in all of the hours she puts into Medical Control Authority.

Marion is always available to work side by side her ER staff, with the patient and family her priority. She is a “team” player and an excellent nurse. Marion is a team member “in the trenches with her nurses and co-workers”. She values her employees and tries to increase the level of care and compassion to her co-workers – “give care like you would like to be given you or your family member”. Marion is a highly-skilled clinician and registered nurse, true patient advocate, and sacrifices self needs to help others on daily basis.
