A patient wrote, "this letter serves to advise you of something that you are keenly aware of, and that is the 'highest level of patient service' Ms. Marivic Cuenca, RN, CWON, provides to her patients daily." He proceeds to explain that he was the recipient of Ms. Cuenca's wonderful and caring service for over two years and it definitely had a "lifesaving effect" on his recovery. Marivic greets and speaks to patients in a manner that reveals how much she really cares. He continues to joke that Marivic will "get on [the patient's] case" when the patient has failed to follow advised instructions (which are always geared to successfully get the desired results), but in a way, the patient is assured their interest is upheld. The very appreciative member then claimed that he, as all her patients, love her immensely for the work she does and the passion she shares as seen by her follow-up phone calls that are not generally the norm from his medical providers. Marivic has the ability to demonstrate the highest level of service, humbly, which comes naturally to her. She is "a most wonderful blessing to us all."
