Martin Rozario made a big difference in the way we felt, and we were treated. My husband had transferred from another facility in which we felt unwelcome. However, having Martin as our nurse when we got admitted to Kaiser Los Angeles, we were amazed by his compassionate, caring, helpful and attentive care. He always made sure that not only my husband was fine, but always acknowledged me as well. He treated my husband with dignity and made him always feel that he was his priority; making sure he was always comfortable and well cared for; ensuring medications were on time, making sure all his needs were met, and always going out of his way to help and make himself available. He is the best person and always will have a special part in our hearts. Our family feels the same way. He is #1 in all our family's hearts.

There are times in one's life that someone needs to take care of you. I must say that Martin is one of them. When it came to caring for me, he was an awesome nurse. He was very attentive, kind, and always there when I needed him. What I like about him was how he went out of his way to explain all of my medications to ensure I understood everything about them before giving it to me including my shots. When it came time to cleaning me, he treated me with dignity and was so patient with me as I was not able to help much. He ensured I was always comfortable and attentive to any questions that I may have.
Without Martin's care, I thought I would not be able to do certain things, but I was truly wrong. I was able to do the normal things in life. Martin is a nurse who shows confidence, kindness and provides hope in circumstances when you feel like you do not have the ability or strength to do the simple things in life. He was patient and encouraging and always willing to help those who need help the most. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and I deeply appreciate the wonderful care and compassion that Martin showed me as well as my family. I will never forget what Martin Rozario has done for me.
Martin Rozario is top notch nurse at Kaiser, and someone I will never forget. If I must come back to Kaiser, I would want him to be my nurse.
