Mary continuously identifies and meets patient and family needs by going above and beyond every day. She creates relationships with her patients that truly make a difference. Mary meets the needs of her patients not only by providing excellent nursing care but by paying close attention to their emotional needs. Mary identifies with her patients on a personal level and this displays a sense of comfort.
She values each patient and treats them with dignity and respect. Mary spends time with her patients and communicates with them in a compassionate manner. Mary has been recognized by her patients several times in the last few months and we are lucky to have her taking care of our patients at TGMC.
