When I was told that I was going to have to have surgery that would have been detrimental to my health, she gave me a hug that made me feel so much calmer and not so scared.  She was so very kind and even took time to sit and talk to me about everything in detail. That way, I understand everything much better.  In my mind, she’s the best nurse I have ever had in the ER/CDU.

Mo was very caring and helped explain what medical terms and tests meant so we could better understand what was happening.  Her compassion and great humor were very comforting during our time of need.

My husband had an open wound with infection set in – very knowledgeable and compassionate in caring for my husband.  Good listening skills and a WONDERFUL sense of humor.  Care was top-notch, and the comfort she provided was calming for us both.
