My mom responded to Megan's touch and she often showed the most improvement under Megan's care. Her compassion for my mom was demonstrated by the fact that she requested to be switched to her if she wasn't assigned to her, by her kind words of encouragement and her constant attend to her needs. Over the month we were there, all of us noted that our mom showed mass improvement under Megan's care. Some of her best days were when Megan worked. Megan noticed the little things and asked about it. For example, she noticed that my mom winced and we told her that her hip was to be replaced and she was in pain, Megan immediately made sure the notes indicated that in her chart. She had already been in the ICU for days and her hip wasn't mentioned. Megan is inclusive, excellent at what she does and had a genuine care and concern for our mom. We appreciate every effort she made on behalf of our mom. Her work made a significant different in our mom's last days. Thank you!
