From the moment Megan Overman greeted me, she was friendly, caring, and concerned. I was here for a procedure, and she explained everything. She was reassuring, asked questions, and put me at ease. She made sure that the information on me was correct. She was very respectful. I had never met the provider before, and she told me all about the provider and joked that the provider would tell me she had been doing this since Jesus was small. She made me feel confident about the provider, who was also great. Megan was right there during the procedure, talking to me and helping me. After my procedure was over, Megan took my blood pressure and went back over the instructions the provider had given me. She even walked me to the checkout. They are a great team. They made me laugh, and I felt cared for and respected. Best visit ever. Megan is awesome!
