Meghann always has a positive attitude and is always willing to do anything to help with a smile on her face.
On a quiet Saturday morning, a critical Covid patient decompensated and required the entire AICU staff at the bedside. Meghann took the lead to run the entire 2A unit (HRU and AICU) with three patients of her own. She answered the phone, answered the call light, put orders in for the AICU patient that the critical care MD verbalized, called for supplies that AICU nurses needed, and looked after the other AICU patient (even administering scheduled medications). Meghann represented a perfect example of what a true team member entails without any hesitation or complaining. She truly stepped up to the plate in a time of need and displayed the true meaning of the Woman's values. Meghann always has a positive attitude and is always willing to do anything to help with a smile on her face.
