I am not knowledgeable in medical terms. Melissa has bent over backward to help me understand what the doctors mean when they describe my mom's diagnosis. I am very upset about her health at 97 years old. I know people don't live forever however Mom has been a picture of health with the exception of her heart. She is still very active and still lives by herself. We are there every day and at her beckon call. Melissa has gone out of her way to help in any way she can. I really appreciate all she has done for us. Mom is our life and when I have such a wonderful lady, like Melissa, helping me to understand, it eases my mind so much. I am at ease being with Mom.
