I found Michael to be very empathetic, compassionate, funny, and uplifting. He made me feel cared about and prioritized.
Michael Egan was an absolute angel. I was plowed down by a big dog at the dog park and ended up with a broken wrist. I had been waiting in reception for almost three hours in great pain and was alone when Michael came out. He immediately saw my distress and acknowledged it. He got me ice apologized, and was very kind and empathetic. Once I came into the back area, he was apologetic again for the wait and made sure to address my pain and anxiety. He was so uplifting and told me I was strong when I said I wasn't. He was funny and kind and made me feel better. I found Michael to be very empathetic, compassionate, funny, and uplifting. He made me feel cared about and prioritized. He knew I was in a lot of pain, knew I had waited a long time, and took good care of me by greatly easing my anxiety and making me laugh during a stressful time. He was also training a person on wrapping my wrist and was beautifully multi-tasking on both important things. I also learned that he had been there since 7:00 am that morning, so he had worked at least 14 hours but stayed because he was so dedicated, saw the needs, and made it his priority to meet them before he left. Michael is such a wonderful nurse, full of knowledge, expertise, and, most importantly, a beautiful, caring heart.
