Mike took the time to explain what was going on in my heart. He explained it in a way that I could fully understand. He had excellent communication skills and was very caring about me as a patient.

Mike was able to put me at ease when I spoke to him right after my husband's transplant. I was home in California and coming the next day, but he took the time to call and talk to me on the phone right after my husband got back to his room.

Mike was so attentive to my family member's needs. My family member had a really rough day and Mike could see the way he was feeling. He sat down with him. He visited and patted his knee showing compassion. His nursing skills were top notch. He asked each time what else he could do to help.
