My nurse, Michele Elliott, was the definition of understanding, patient, and kind. I have experienced many times where a nurse was nice to me, but this nurse was amazing. Michele came in apologizing for my wait time. Off the bat, she was friendly and had a listening ear. I am currently a nursing student and having the experience I did with Michele makes me want to pursue this profession so much more. She talked to me about my school journey and what I liked about nursing. And I just want her to know, SHE is what I LOVE about nursing. I didn't get the answers I was hoping for in the ER. Michele was very knowledgeable and gave many good options for my next steps. Michele, thank you for inspiring me to be a kind and compassionate nurse like you are.
