It is pretty interesting to see the kind of curves that life throws you. Our family was faced with one of our biggest fears the possibility that something serious and devastating could be happening to our "soon to be" new baby girl.

Michelle was not my nurse, but responded to a distress call from my room. She checked my labor condition and felt the umbilical cord on the outer surface of my daughter's head. As her heart rate decreased significantly, Michelle continued to protect my daughter by holding the cord in a place where it was not distressed. She went above and beyond for my daughter's life and I cannot begin to thank her enough for all she has done for our family.

She defines true "Service Excellence" and we are so thankful for her guardianship over our daughter. You never know when you may be in a position to affect and/or protect someone else's life, but you hope you are doing as much as you can for others throughout life. Michelle's wings and halo may not be visible to others, but she saved my daughter's life and we will forever be grateful for how she protected our daughter!
