My husband was transferred from ICU to 3N after he had a heart attack. He was admitted again to weeks later to 3N. Michelle was one of the nurses who cared for him.
She left quite an impression on my husband and me. She was thorough in her assessments. She answered all his questions, and if she didn't have the answer, she went and found out. She updated him on his plan of care and explained any changes. She put us at ease. It felt really good to have a nurse who is doing her job with kindness and humility even in the midst of her crazy day. I pray she continues to do what she does without burning out. Michelle is an awesome nurse.
