Mindy is always willing to jump in and help her coworkers. She is always willing to learn and grow and does an excellent job precepting our nursing students during their preceptorship. She never complains when given an assignment and is a pleasure to work with. She knows most things about Bryan and is my go-to for medical progressive questions. She helps other RNs and CSTs and is always asking others if they need help. She comes up with great ideas for change and is involved in PC.

Another peer added, “Mindy is one of the most selfless nurses I know.” Her positive attitude is contagious and you can always count on her for a helping hand. You could ask her to help with any task and you would receive a genuine yes. She recently took on a student and a new employee (sometimes at the same time). She takes her time to educate and ensure new staff feel supported. She truly embodies everything that makes a great nurse. She does not carry herself as if she is above anyone or any job. She always resembles one team, one purpose.
