I have worked with Missy for the past 3.5 years and I know I would not have the job satisfaction I do now without her. She is one of our most experienced RNs in the GI department and is extremely knowledgeable. She is great with families and responsive to their needs. There is not one particular family story because she shows the same quality care and compassion to all families. She is always willing to help and do what is needed to help the patients and providers she is working with. We have many patients who require large volume enemas to get their encopresis under control and Missy is one of only a few RNs trained and willing to teach them to our families. Our patient population also deals with children who miss a lot of school due to their symptoms and Missy is always willing to talk with the families to explain our treatment goal and plan. She is able to handle most questions and concerns so the family has a plan without needing to wait for the provider. I really enjoy working with Missy and I know our patients do as well.
