Misty is not only an outstanding nurse, but she is an awesome team leader! She demonstrates the core value of integrity in all that she does. She makes assignments fairly and is often recognized by her team for jumping in to help with anything. She has a difficult time figuring out vacation needs for Day Surgery, but she makes it work and makes sure the staff has time off to enjoy with family and friends. Misty is highly respected by physicians and associates. She can make the most hectic day run smoothly. She also sends staff to assist in other departments on a daily basis. She is consistently performing at a high level, is a role model and dedicated to Highland.
