I would like to nominate the distinguished nurse, Murad Al-Daamseh, for The DAISY Award because of his outstanding and exceptional ability to create a distinguished relationship with my daughter. He was able to persuade her to take the medication that she refused to take, which reflected positively on her health after her condition was getting worse.
Murad has exceptional ability, a gentle and wonderful way of dealing with children. On one occasion, while R received platelets, she was suffering from some pain, and when Murad knew about R's pain, he decided to spend his break with her talking to her and playing with her as well as sharing some pictures and stories from his mobile phone. This situation helped R forget her pain and turn her state from anxiety and pain to happiness and laughter.
Murad is a wonderful human being and a distinguished nurse who deserves all appreciation and respect. This is only a simple example of many compassion, and caring situations carried out by the nurse Murad.
