I am an IVF patient for admission for egg collection. Myla took her time to explain the procedure step by step to me until I understood everything and became comfortable. She would ask me every time if all was well with me and if I needed any help. She made me enjoy my stay at the hospital and felt at home. She also took me through all my medications and supported me with anything I didn't understand. She made sure I got everything correct before leaving the hospital.
