Nadia was my Aunt's nurse. My Aunt M was in in-home hospice until her pain became unmanageable and we needed to have her admitted to the hospital on Thanksgiving Day. She was in an incredible amount of pain and our family was overwhelmed, exhausted, and grieving. Nadia was our nurse on Friday and Saturday (she could have also been there on Thursday, but it's a bit of a blur now). Nadia was everything we could have hoped for and more! She was kind and supportive, knowledgeable and clear. She was gentle with my Aunt's care and explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. She also helped answer all of our questions in a way that gave us a deep level of understanding without too much medical jargon that we wouldn't have understood. While no one wants to need an emergency visit to a hospital, Nadia made us feel at ease. We will be forever grateful for her thoughtful care and kindness. Please share our deep appreciation with her.
