Natalie has gone above and beyond to provide extraordinary care to my mother,. She takes the time to explain the disease process/labs and the importance of hydration and nutrition for optimal recovery. Natalie is also very compassionate and treated my mother in a way that she could keep her dignity. She kept my mother clean, well groomed and provided positive words of affirmation. She was consistently available to me and my family. Natalie helped coordinate the services I requested with my Mother’s Case Manager and Social Worker. She also helped me navigate family medical leave, which was confusing to me. I spent the first two nights at the hospital with my mom and then realized I didn’t need to as I saw that she was receiving the care she needed. I am very grateful for the loving care the nurse has provided to my mother and for the knowledge and guidance she provided to me and my family.
